Thunderbay Optics is a discount store and does not accept returns including wrong or misplaced orders.  We provide our customers with rock bottom prices to save the customer money. The customer is responsible for contacting the product manufacturer for any warranty work that might be needed.  

 Order Cancellation

 Customers ordering products that are not in stock will be notified via email confirming permission to back-order the item. The order will then be placed and the customer will at that time be liable for all charges and fees. Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.  Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking and merchant fees. If merchandise is refused upon delivery, the package will be returned to the address of origin and the order will be handled as a return and subject to the return policy.
